All jewellery is stamped with NPARI, my registered maker’s mark, registered with the Danish Assay Office (Ædelmetalkontrollen og FORCE Technology) in 2025.

This ensures that my jewellery meets the Danish legal requirements for working with and selling precious metals.

I love making custom orders, whether you're looking for an engagement ring, a meaningful gift, or a one of a kind piece.

As I am currently studying, I only accept a limited number of custom commissions at a time. Custom orders start from DKK 3,000, with the final price depending on the design, materials, and any gemstones.

Alongside my own jewellery, you'll also find a selection of vintage accessories in the shop.

As an Accessory Design student at Design School Kolding, I work with materials, particularly leather and metal, everyday. Curated Vintage is an extension of my school practice.

Shipping and processing Time

All orders are shipped from Kolding, Denmark with PostNord. Shipping time is therefore usually within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Local Pick-up

It is possible to arrange a meet-up in either Aarhus or Kolding. Please get in touch before placing your order.

If you wish to return or exchange your jewellery, please email info@charlottekirstinefinot.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and let me know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Once I receive your email, I will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and preferably returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Custom-made and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

All purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which includes a 24-month right to make a claim for manufacturing defects or faults present at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches or natural patina

• Damage caused by impact, accidents, or improper use

• Lack of proper care

If you believe your jewellery has a fault, please contact [your email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos.

Each case is assessed individually. Depending on the circumstances, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Danish consumer law.
